Payoneer is easy to use, easy to set up. The security is high. You need to under go some security checking before you can use the service and that's good because of online scams and fraud

The annual charges is too high and they used look into it, I use other e-wallet but Payoneer stood out. The charge is high but I am enjoying the platform.

Nothing, payoneer payment system is just sucks.

Cons:

The security system is paranoid, they force you to provide a bunch of documents (more than in a regular bank). The account is often blocked for strange reasons. It is impossible to make payments within the system (the stupidest limitation) Two-factor authentication does not work well; messages are often not sent, leaving you without access to your account at the most critical moment. Also, you are often forced to change your password, but since your account is blocked while changing the password, you have to solve this through the support service, which works very poorly

My experience with Payoneer

Comments: Summary of my experience with Pioneer: It is good and easy to use, although I wish there were direct transfer methods with Egyptian wallets.

Pros:

What I like is that it is free, easy to open an account, and also has multiple currencies. I use Payoneer to receive payments for my freelance jobs.

Cons:

When I first used it, it was not easy to understand how to link the account with a number of sites. As for Egypt, direct transfer to wallets, such as Vodafone Cash, is not available.

Unauthorized Transactions - How Payoneer deal with money theft

Comments: My overall experience is horrible. Payoneer keeps stressing me out, there was one security breach when I lost my money, and they didn't do a thing for a month. Today, I got another warning of a suspicious attempt. I stood out that I didn't want to be their customer asking them to reverse the unauthorized transaction ASAP, and what I got was another attempt to be robbed. I will raise a lawsuit against them ASAP for the stress they are still causing me.

Pros:

Nothing. My money was stolen, and I am dealing with the irrelevant staff who have had no idea of what is happening with my case for a month now. Today, after everything they are putting me through I experienced a second suspicious login attempt. I am forced to be a customer because of Payoneer's irresponsibility to reverse the transaction and bring my money back. I have to still be their customer against my will! Til when?

Cons:

It is so easy to steal someone's money through Payoneer, and they keep the victims of their scams without an update forever. They practically force people and expose them to more stress by not doing anything to resolve money theft, the process of reversing unauthorized transactions is the opposite of what they stand for in their policy!

Payoneer stole my $34 000

Comments: My balance was disabled with over $34,000 on it. I did not get any reason or deadline for the return of my funds from customer support. I also did not violate any laws or rules and conducted my business activity following all necessary procedures and rules. Nevertheless, Payoneer blocked me, basically took my funds and refuses to tell me when they will return my money or what I should provide to speed up the process. Payoneer is the worst, most stressful experience I have ever had, and I sincerely hope that the SEC will prosecute this fraudulent company. Maybe they will learn a lesson and stop committing fraud and illegal activities against their customers.

Comments: it's a waste of time registering an account with them. If a country is restricted, them make a clear statements. when the account is blocked, then allow us registrant to make amend and make us understand. and you don't even have a live chat support for registered user. i would rate you a ZERO Star for inconvenience, how come 1 star is the lowest, you're support is way deep, are you guus all AI?

The Most Terrible Client Support I've Ever Seen

Pros:

Pretty comfotable and easy to use digital service that Payoneer provides.

Cons:

The client support has been frustrating, providing no real solutions and consistently responding with emails asking me to wait for 1-3 business days. On October 8, I unintentionally received a payment from a personal bank account (since Payoneer restricts payments only to business bank accounts). Payoneer informed me that the incoming payment couldn't be processed, and the funds would be returned to the initiator within 7-10 business days. As of November 22, the initiator had not received the refunded money. Concerned about the safety of my funds, I reached out to Payoneer's client support for information on the return process. Despite my expectations of a resolution, I only received emails advising me to wait an additional 1-3 business days for updates on my ticket. Some responses mentioned a "pending" status, with promises to contact the finance team to expedite the refund. However, no progress was made. Now, on December 20, after two and a half months of regular support requests, I still don't have any clarity. The only consistent response I've received is to wait for 1-3 business days. I remain uncertain about why Payoneer is holding my funds for such an extended period, and I still have no timeline for the funds to be returned to the initiator.

STAY AWAY please

Comments: When you don't have to deal with them and simply get payments, it's fine. If they need to "Review" something or "Verify" something, get ready for a bureaucratic hell.

Pros:

I don't get why it exists at all. I can't like anything since it's only an extra unnecessary layer of bureaucracy. If the companies I work with could simply pay directly to my bank... Payoneer is like that company that seems to exist to get profit and not for any other purpose. I would be even ready to pay a few bucks extra for bank fees if I could avoid using their services.

Cons:

Customer support. I have had an issue for over 2 months and they can't do the simplest tasks. Every time I call and text them we start from the beginning. I know I'm talking to people and they are obliged to do everything according to the list of actions prescribed to them but sometimes seems like GPT is smarter. For 2 months they have been working on my case (Which is super simple), they send me emails every second day and they are still on the very first step of "reviewing" the issue with a relevant team and "verifying" so that it will take 24-48 hours, please get back to us then so we can start the whole process from the beginning. The process is going on and no one can influence that. Exactly like in Kafka's books.

Amazing virtual banking services

Comments: The app is smooth and I keep using it on a weekly basis. I faced a delay in a payment once but the customer service helped me through it and they were very welcoming and they processed my payment quickly.

Pros:

I used payoneer 2 years ago for an outbound transaction and I was shocked by the reliability of this online bank. As a banker I know that only few online banks around the world who are really trusted and fast and since then I decided to continue using this online bank in any outbound transaction. It’s not complicated at all it’s simple, fast and reliable

The only negative comment is that it’s a bit expensive in commissions but for me the most important thing is reliability honestly

Rates are not satisfying

Comments: That's a preferable transfer system if you have customers from other countries. Esspecially from Europe or USA. I am not happy with the rates when I change USD to TRY. But generally, it did the job and I had no serious problems.

Pros:

Best part of Payoneer is having the payments fast in our account. I mean when our customer transfer the money to our payoneer account.

Cons:

When I need to transfer the USD to my own bank account in Turkiye payoneer doesn't allow me to transfer as USD. I had to change to Turkish Liras. And the rates are too low. Also it's not easy to use. I generally use this once or twice a month and each time I forget how to transfer. Sections are similar to each other and complicated.

Very Useful!

Comments: We have found an ease in using Payoneer to receive earning from our customers. It is prompt and easy. ATM withdrawals are plus point and ability to see what will be the conversion in our own local currency is really useful.

Pros:

I like the fact that it is so easy to use and can withdraw your earnings to your band with just a click. I also like the fact that we can see how much will our money amount to in our own local currency and from there we can plan further. Payoneer card is also super useful. You can go to any ATM and withdraw.

Cons:

The charges associated with withdrawing money could be lowered and withdrawing from ATM charges are even higher.

It makes it easy to move money around from different currencies to a desired bank anywhere in the world.

Cons:

Although the platform is user friendly, I feel it still needs add security options for verification purposes when requesting a password reset. I still cannot access my account due to my mobile number being out of service.

Horrible customer service

Comments: The absolute worst. No worst customer service or just absolute basic service from any company i've ever tried to deal with. Great that they claim to have a product i might use until i try and use it and they make it impossible. Great business model. Glad i'm not an investor.

Pros:

Reputable established U.S. company merely trying to establish acct to pay a Payoneer client freelancer and Payoneer keeps giving errors in set up with absolutely no ability to contact them to set up acct. Entirely a waste of time. Sad, as someone merely looking to pay someone with a credit card should not be so difficult to set up an account for given this is purely a tech company. Probably good because if there were ever a problem with my money or incorrect processing there appears absolutely no way to contact the company to get assistant, not through chat, email, call or any other means. They have links for contacting them but they are all inactive.

See above comments. Company makes it impossible to do basic business with them. They spent money to attract me and i tried to use them and that was impossible. How many clients have they lost - amazing.

What I like most about payoneer is that it allows me to get paid from international companies as though I was working locally. That means it takes away the headache when it comes toi being paid for jobs you do for international clients. In essence it bridges the gap when it comes to recieving international payments

The only con that I have experience was the two weeks waiting period to recieve my card. However, once I recieved my card it was all good.
