Amazing support!

Comments: I love following the Facebook user group because the developers are actively engaged and super responsive. If someone says, I wish it could..." they either respond immediately with specific directions to use a function that is already available, or they let you know how soon we can anticipate seeing this feature added.

Pros:

Helps with workflow management, designed for accountants & bookkeepers.

Cons:

It is SO robust and takes a lot of effort to implement effectively.

I finally found what my team needs!!!

Comments: 100 our of 10! My team loves it! It helps them to stay on track with their task and manages all client info in one place.

Pros:

There is a team of 5 of us, and we were becoming a little overwhelmed with workflow as our firm is growing fast. I search on google for two months to find a practice management software. I found FC via a reddit text thread! My team tried the two week trial and purchased before the trial was over because we felt an immediate relief once we set it up. The set up was super easy and the templates are AMAZING. I was able to get my emails down to ZERO (although for a short time)! In fact, i can check my email in FC. I love the integrations and am looking to try ReCat which is an upgrade within the software. This has eliminated a lot of mundane tasks. Plus, the price point is GREAT!

Cons:

Nothing as of now. It has made our workload easier to handle with it's automations and email integrations.

Saves time, make sure things don't go through cracks

Financial Cents is an essential tool

Comments: Financial Cents has been an amazing addition to our up and coming CPA Firm. It is help us be organized with our clients information but with our workflow. I love the constant updates from the FC team and really love the customer engagement they have through Zoom meetings and social media groups.

Pros:

Workflow and client management. As well as the Financial Cents teams continued improvement of the service and customer engagement.

Cons:

There is no mobile app yet and they need to work on notifications.

Excellent workflow management and more!

Comments: Excellent onboarding. The services were setup quickly and we were using it within a week. No training needed.

Pros:

Love how easy it is to setup and begin using.

Cons:

Some of starter templates could be setup a bit better to make the onboarding even better for clients.

Financial Cents is a game changer!

Comments: From the initial discovery call to the onboarding, the experience has been good. It really is easy to set up and they provide so many training videos to guide you along.

Pros:

How quick and easy it is to implement. We were up and running in a week, so that didn't impact our productivity and we still have training sessions left.

Cons:

We haven't encountered anything yet that we don't like. This software has helped improve our workflow 100%.

Cost Effective Cloud based Accounting Practice Management System for Accountants

Comments: Solved Pain points- 1 Pain, Hundred of emails from 1 client.. who has multiple businesses. So to assign an email to the exact Project Legal entity very helpfull. Ability to Copy in my Text SMS messages from Client- Time entry is great allows 10 minute intervals.

Pros:

Automation within tasks, Subtasks. Manual Timesheet Entry and also a timer for current time entry. Great Client Portal- Easy link to Client documents

Cons:

Needs improvement ON client portal for clients to open up standard files. MS Office word and excel, and PDF Files - 1 click and file opens in APP. -

Excellent product and Outstanding Service & Support

Comments: Financial Cents is on the ball!!! After starting my bookkeeping firm a year ago, I spent hours and weeks evaluating a tech stack that would meet my needs. After a few failed attempts at other solutions, I landed on Financial Cents and haven't looked back! They know how to stay on top of feature updates that are meaningful and useful, and are embracing AI which was a must for me when selecting a platform. It's been a wonderful deployment and implementation and I'm excited to use more of the features as my firm grows

Pros:

They are continually added useful features and updates that are meaningful in making the product easy to use. They are embracing AI and incorporating it into the templating process (super cool). The support from Financial Cents is outstanding, very responsive and in front of their community asking for feedback and feature requests to make our firm running easier. Oh and the Client Portal! Great portal that is easy for clients to use, no password required (magic links)

Cons:

The one downside was that it lacked a way to integrate with the rest of my tech stack.... and BOOM! They just released Zapier support for integration! So the one thing I disliked, has now been taken care of!

Great practice management software

Comments: Positive - easy to set up and use with great workflow automations

Pros:

I like being able to to easily set up client workflows with automations in a snap and the ability to create client requests directly from the project management platform.

Cons:

I would like to be able to see more tasks at once

Absolutely amazing

Pros:

All of its features, I use it all! Time tracking is easy and detailed. Work flow is easy and I can set up as many or as few as needed. Setting up automatic notifications to my clients helps relieve some mental load and saves time!

Cons:

I would like to the automatic notification emails sent to my clients. But that's about it!

Fantastic Workflow Software

Pros:

Financial Cents is a fantastic workflow system. The software is easy to use and learn. It also has more automation and AI abilities than any prior workflow system I have used. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Nothing to date. System and customer service are excellent.

I am always on the lookout for tools that can enhance productivity and streamline my work. Recently, I had the opportunity to try out Financial Cents, and I must say, it has been a game-changer in terms of project and time management

Really all the features are great and new features are constantly being added.

Cons:

The client portal (need a place to put client deliverables, this is a feature that will be coming) and document management systems don't function in a way that suits what I want. They are very similar to other similar systems like TaxDome, Canopy and Karbon, I am just very particular in these spaces. I like using CaseWare for document management

Great Product

Pros:

The automation and the integration you can have with other software.

Cons:

Clients are not able to setup a username and password. They get a link to sign in every time a request is created.

Best workflow management tool

Pros:

Easy to setup and tracks all of my client work. Can collaborate with employees and know the progress of all of our work.

Cons:

Sometimes customer service can take 20-30 minutes to respond to a chat

Bookkeeping Efficiency Unlocked

Pros:

Making the swap over from Asana. Really excited to have an all-in-one solution specific to bookkeeping. FinancialCents will combine multiple software we currently use (asana, boomerang, lastpass, etc). We are always looking for ways to efficiently get our work done, FinancialCents was the obvious next step. The AI emails is extremely helpful, along with auto email sending once a task is completed. Automation is key.

Cons:

FinancialCents is continuously making changes based on feedback from it's users. At this point I have no complaints.

Financial Cents

Pros:

One place to keep track of projects, keeps adding new features that customers request.

Cons:

You have to first talk to a bot not a person if you need help. If the bot can't help then you can chat with a person when they have time. Frustrating that getting help takes so long.

Amazing Program

Pros:

The ease of use, the ability to see everything in one place and the price is beyond fair.

Cons:

I can't change the Calendar to a Monday start.

Easy to Use and Keeps everything organized

Accounting Project Management

Comments: So far I really like it. It has allowed me to stop keeping a paper checklist to be able to see where clients are during weekly or monthly processing

Pros:

I love the birds-eye view of the projects where you can see the status (what % complete the project is and who's next on the task list)

Cons:

I wish tasks were a bit more flexible - and I wish the client communication was more robust to be able to get rid a secondary client communication portal
