> **Pros**: Ease of use for Authentication. No common identity to verify or email to submit, just phone number and password. The ability to choose the option we need and have the flexibility to expand quickly and easily.

> **Cons**: The installation errors are too vague. If the password is not correct the error is "error downloading", it's not a software installation issue it's an authentication issue.
> 
> Very good. We were able to design the app with the same color scheme as our Metaswitch Commportal, makes for a better user experience.
