> **Pros**: In one package VinCreative has provided all we needed for construction of our website, and for listing and communicating with our customers. Basically all steps involved in using VinCreative (set up, editing of website, sending newsletters, reports) seem logical to perform by an operator with limited deep knowledge of how the software works.

> **Cons**: Some small things (steps in procedures such a loading images in correct orientation) did take a bit of sorting out. But as mentioned above all steps were logical once you could see the pathway. Allied with this might also be the large number of options covered by the software (e.g. the descriptors for wine) which are valuable for some companies but for us, as we did not use all the options, might have made use of VinCreative a bit more complex.

> VinCreative is used by us to market/advertise (via website and customer interaction) and sell wine. These processes involve both the website itself and communications with customers via Newsletters/ emails. As a result we have a solid pathway for purchase on wine by customers using the website, and for advertising wine. Presently this is all working well. We are always looking for new design and customer communications to enhance our selling wine via the website.

> **Pros**: We love the simplicity of both the back end but also how the  end user can use the system.  It's tick many boxes for us, from CRM, to outwardly facing web page, e-commerce and soon to be launched Wine Commitment club.  Service from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been exceptional, looking forward to a long term partnership.

> **Cons**: To be honest we haven't found one yet the team is always open to suggestions and if we find something we are not sure about 1 phone call or email and we are back on track.
