You will find all the audience insights you need from social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) or streaming platforms (Youtube, Spotify, Deezer, ...) and also Charts rankings \& Playlist exposure in real-time.
By the way, you have the possibility to generate all the CSV Data exports you want with specific filters.

Nevertheless this feature is limited to the premium pricing and it will explode the cost if you want to follow more artists, or add specific features for you needs like advanced A\&R features, unlimited users, API or charts alerts.

> **Pros**: This system provides you an accurate information about almost any artist in almost any country in the world. Statistics about their hit songs, social media behavior, and streaming services are very useful to take business decisions in the music industry.

> **Cons**: Some countries are out of the scope of these statistics. If you follow more than 10 artists, cost increase a little bit, but the smaller package rate must be for 10 artists.

> If you a re involved in music industry, as producer, any record label position, or businessman as concert organizer/promoter you will need this kind of information. As music producer it has been very useful to me to track the artist behavior in facebook, instagram, spotify, deezer, etc. Even the playlists where the artist songs are included, with links. And it´s accurate information.

> **Pros**: Everything works fine as long as you don't ask customer support or the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] to help you with anything.

> **Cons**: TikTok links have to be added manually by an incompetent staff that are completely clueless on what they're doing. Not very user friendly at all might I add.

> What I like least about this company is their customer support staff who for some reason insist on adding unknown dead TikTok accounts to your account page. User @terbus who has over 6 million followers on TikTok decided to feature one of my songs called "Been Bad For Me"  \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]
But yet soundcharts does not allow you to add TikTok videos yourself manually so that you have to depend on them to do it for you and when they do they add wrong links that are dead accounts. Makes me question whether they're even a real company or not at this point.

> **Pros**: VERY useful dashboard, i liked how all the information is displayed nicely once you finish setting up all your settings and data information. as a radio station its very useful to see what is playing around the world and helps you detect trends early on before your competators.

> **Cons**: to be honest, Soundchart does exactly what it says. i couldnt find anything wrong with it.
