> **Pros**: Adding Bulk e-mail marketing + Phone call management software on single platform allows us to first conduct e-mail marketing and then elevate leads based on engagement parameters to "lead capture" area from where our team calls the customers and engages in marketing conversation.

From the same area we can also send direct e-mails with attachment and track their engagement as well.
