> **Pros**: Very well organized, Very good at keeping up with Apple's changes.  Very good support, available on weekends.  Love the feature that easily runs Terminal commands on any endpoint and also tests shell scripts on any device before saving.

> **Cons**: I've gotten tripped up by the need for including bundle id's, which wasn't necessary with Jamf.  We've also had headaches with account lockout issues being more difficult to resolve because of mobile accounts, a requirement of Mosyle Auth.

> I thought that a migration from Jamf to Mosyle would include a significant loss of features and functionality, but it has been a much smoother experience than anticipated.

Update Management: The update management process differs significantly from Kandji and will require us to build new IT workflows.
