Le support client est exemplaire : réactif, humain, et toujours prêt à trouver des solutions personnalisées. Les fonctionnalités de personnalisation (modèles d’e-mails, formulaires, étapes de process, marque employeur) permettent d’adapter l’outil à sa culture d’entreprise. Les statistiques intégrées et les modules additionnels (multi-entités, mobilité interne, site carrière avancé…) ajoutent une vraie valeur pour piloter les recrutements.

> **Cons**: Rien de bloquant, mais certains rapports pourraient encore être enrichis avec des filtres plus avancés ou des exports automatiques planifiés. L’intégration avec certains outils tiers demande parfois un peu de configuration initiale.

L’outil est intuitif, bien pensé pour le contexte français, et l’accompagnement est de qualité, avec des équipes disponibles et à l’écoute. On sent que le produit évolue en lien direct avec les retours clients.
