### "Inconsistent and Sloppy" — 2.0/5

> **Cons**: The support and expertise (personnel) behind the software is highly questionable, inconsistent and unresponsive.

> Notably over the last 12-18 months RASI has become sloppy in their calculations for UI calcs State UI enabling incorrect payments due to wrong rates used, applying incorrect payments to the wrong time periods, and being extremely unresponsive in their support ticket follow-up. In the last 12 months 2 of the people who have been involved in the correcting of errors on my State UI account have left the firm. When this happens no one bothers to follow up where the departing folks left off unless you contact RASI and ask them what is the status. Frustrating company to deal with present day - not proactive at all.  While the services we use are reasonably priced it looks like that directly reflects the current state of the product which is less than satisfactory. Looking for alternative solutions but need them to clean up their mistakes including interest and penalties I've incurred because of them, before that can happen
