> **Pros**: Easy overview and a great tool both for the staff to keep updated about their individual achievements and also to keep ahead of progress and keep on track to reach our goals

> **Cons**: I miss being able to see MTD budget. Right now I only see monthly budget and result MTD. Also since I'm working mainly via phone both the loading time can be quite long and I would sometimes need to be able to tilt the screen to see some of the content other departments have shared in the app. I would also love to be able to use GIFs in the comments, but thats a 'nice-to-have' function.

> **Pros**: I don't know how I manage time before Goalplan, I don't think I did it with quality, now I have all numbers in front of me all the time and the sellers own their on goals. Perfect management tool and saves a lot of time.

> **Pros**: The most valuble features we use are the Analytics and Presets.
We have begun to establish a good Information Hub but this is a work in progress.

We also use Scorecard/Tagets, however it has been a struggle to get every store manager to keep up with this and have a follow-up talk with his or hers salesemployees

Analytics/Leaderboard/Scorecard \<- They all lead to the same information but in a different setup.
Information Article/Academy Course \<- They both gives the user training.

> It is a great tool with alot of possibilities, and we the user dont know what or have we want it set ut it becomes a bit caotic.
