Product is scalable and enhance functionalities within - with the support of product dev team and customer support.
The product has scaled up well to offer great features for mass hiring needs.
I would recommend this product more for ease of hiring process - managing applicant pool, using tool's AI capability, prescreening features and managing stage movement and status of applicants from application stage, through interview process, till selection.

> **Cons**: Product can do better in features and functionality of post selection life cycle till candidate on-boarding.
Lot of features are still work in progress.
There is also a scope in it's data reporting and analytics from which clients can benefit to understand their hiring impact and map future hiring strategies
