The mobile app is incredibly helpful, when the operators are on the production line or away from their desk, they can easily access and update kanban information and status. Real-time data synchronization between our ERP and automatic warehouse ensures accurate inventory management and efficient production flow. The software is lean oriented with a focus on supply chain and does an excellent job at tracking down that pesky age old question of average daily usage through a concept called CMax. Any mid-size or larger company can easily see cost improvements within a year of diligent implementation. At our company with tens of thousands of SKUs we fully implemented the software over the course of roughly one year thanks to the simple user interface on both the app and website. And to top it all off, even though KanbanBOX is based in Italy they were always more than happy to hop on the phone with us in the US and discuss our questions/comments/concerns. > > **Cons**: The only con I can mention is the language barrier. While training folks on the software I often ran into issues that delayed early adoption due to the wording of specific portions of either the KanbanBOX provided powerpoint slides or sometimes in the software itself. That being said this was more prevalent years ago than it is today and did not prevent the adoption of the software by the company. > > Overall KanbanBOX is an excellent bridge into the future of supply chain management that brought immediate results to our company. After replacing our old kanban card system with KanbanBOX we saw a company wide reduction of onhand inventory by more than 20%\!
