> **Cons**: - Complexité ahurissante pour les paramétrages (rien à voir avec le CRM que nous avons finalement adopté, largement plus puissant et paramétrable)
- Une offre promotionnelle nous engageant sur 3 ans, pour une utilisation sur 2 mois, le temps de se rendre compte que les fonctionnalités souhaitées (et aujourd'hui atteinte avec un autre CRM), étaient irréalisables
- contre-intuitif à souhait (architecture UX des années 2000)
- Pas d'échange autre que des messages pré-enregistrés
- AUCUNE personne satisfaite en interne

> Des milliers d'Euros de consultant envolés en pure perte (c'est de notre faute, nous n'aurions pas dû leur faire confiance)
Nous avons ensuite trouvé un CRM implémenté en 1 mois, mois cher, dont toutes nos équipes sont, cette fois ci, très satisfaites
