It turns your attention to areas that need some TLC and provides praise for areas where your company excels.  It has certainly helped our company provide a better more attentive service to our contractor and client needs.

> **Cons**: I personally struggled with creating new alerts for contractors and understanding the audience rules etc. However, the support I have received has been phenomenal and the Sense team has been very helpful and understanding to some of us who are not so tech savvy.
