Pros:

I can stay in touch with my family, friends, coworkers, and more... all with just one click.

Cons:

I have no complaints at the moment, they have constantly improved many things that used to bother me, such as the quality of photos and the security of conversations.

Office Communication

Comments: Overall, WhatsApp was a great team communication app.

Pros:

It was a consolidated way for the office to communicate all in one space while also being HIPAA compliant as it is private.

Cons:

I always got spam messages from random people I didn't know which was annoying and frustrating. The site went down sometimes.

Comments: Overall my experience with WhatsApp is positive. minus the spam, I enjoy how easy it is to stay in contact with others around the world and group chats via WhatsApp.

Pros:

WhatsApp is convenient in the way you don't need data to connect with others, just WIFI, so contact can be done worldwide without mobile fees.

Cons:

Spam finds its way into your profile and just like a regular phone number contact you can receive numerous unwanted calls and texts.

Simple and amazing app for file transfers or communication on the go.

Comments: Really enjoyable and easy to use. Can't complain when it's free and has the features you need.

Simplicity and easy to use. Quality on images are consistent. The convenience of having it on desktop and mobile really makes it accessible.

Cons:

Images from Apple devices tend to have its quality lowered. Seems to be the file issue though.

A simply incredible messaging app

Comments: My experience with WhatsApp has been simply amazing. It has an intuit interface and wide range of features that include reliability and security. I have been using WhatsApp for about 7 years now and it has really helped me to stay connected. To be honest, for me it's the best tool for sending messages and sharing photos or videos among other incredible features in the app.

Pros:

I like its reliability, it ensures my messages are delivered even in places with bad network. The status feature, ability to edit messages are other great things I really love. The best feature I love about WhatsApp is the ability to back up chats and groups to the cloud storage which I think is essential when I want to change my phone.

Cons:

There's not too much wrong with WhatsApp though I would like to be able to edit status posts after I've sent it and also for groups to have it's own menu bar so as to separate it from my chats. Other than that, I'm completely happy with WhatsApp's incredible features.

Best familiar and easy usages

Comments: It is convenient and reliable. WhatsApp is is used worldwide, and it is easy to communicated with people near and far. I have no idea what my life would be without WhatsApp. It is my number one means of communication, with friends, family, and customers

Pros:

WhatsApp still has a lot to offer, the most popular messaging service has great audio and video quality for calls, easy link sharing functions and integration with other apps like Instagram. This app is perfect for Businesses. For me it has saved Alot of time to provide good customer care for my clients

Cons:

What I do dislike about the software are only because of features I've been enjoying in similar apps: -Whatsapp has very (very) limited storage management on top of taking up too much space, why does a messaging app has to take away 1.6Gb of my storage?

Comments: Good and very useful app in human life. I use it every day to communicate with my friends, family members and workmates.

Pros:

Simple and very friendly interface to the user. An awesome and exceptional app, quick and on time chats delivery

Cons:

It is difficult to share large files which are greater than 2 GB. Once you set My last seen "Nobody" you won't other last seen. Also when you join chatting groups, you won't see previous posts.

Comments: Whatsapp is a great application for facilitating both personal and professional communication. Besides sending messages, Whatsapp can be utilised for creating communities, running ads, and doing marketing.

Pros:

Whatsapp allows me to send free text, multimedia message, create groups, and communities with other users. It has a clean and user friendly interface. Whatsapp allows me to connect with people around the globe.

Cons:

You need an active internet connection to be able to use Whatsapp at all times. There is a security concern as it is widely used for spamming users.

WhatsApp - Instant Messages and Calls

Comments: The App works smoothly without any lagging. The messages are sent and received instantly without any delay except that there is slight delay in Voice and Video Calls. Making Payments on WhatsApp using UPI is not that good as per transaction limit is INR2000.

Pros:

I like the instant messaging service. The receiver receives the message within less than a second. Also, we can share different files or documents in variety of formats. The new feature of creating our own avatar is also awesome. Privacy is given priority in WhatsApp by end-to-end encryption. Its good to have option of whether you want to keep your Read Receipts On or Off. Manage Storage option eases ones efforts to manage the device storage as some of the large unwanted files can be deleted easily without even searching them in each chat. The large files are categorized separately in Manage Storage.

Cons:

The audio calls quality is not that good. I hear the voice of the person with whom I'm speaking after approximately 1 second. Means the voice takes about 1 second delay to hear. Same goes with the Video Calls. When clicking on any WhatsApp channel which I don't follow, it takes about 2-3 seconds to load and then it opens. The documents received in WhatsApp for iOS doesn't gets stored in the iPhone's Files. You can only open it through WhatsApp only. Read Receipts are always On for Group Chat. The UPI payment limit on WhatsApp is INR2000. Because of this, I prefer using another payments app for making payments.

Cons:

The occasional disruption makes it easy to create a high volume of threads. This could be reduced, and IMO, a free paywall could be embedded, which could offer advice on needing another group.

Comments: WhatsApp is great because I send different types of files(MP4, MKV, RAR, ZIPS etc) to anyone in the world at any time.

Comments: I would say great.. I tend to interact more with people. Most especially creating a group with your family members even when you are apart,you can still communicate.

Pros:

I like the fact that my privacy is respected . I can literally turn on /off my read receipt.. I could view messages I don't really want to reply and the sender not knowing. Whatsapp protects your privacy. Also you could activate the send a message to join a group and not just finding yourself in different groups.

Cons:

I noticed that taking pictures through WhatsApp reduces your picture quality .
