The system has really helped improve our recruitment processes, making it easier to manage candidate and client data efficiently. The interface is simple and easy to use, which has made our work smoother and faster.&#10;One thing we really like about Porters is how flexible it is. The action menu lets us create custom buttons that fit our internal processes, giving us more control. It also connects well with our automation tools, helping us get the most out of the system. The export feature is also very useful, allowing us to easily pull and analyze large amounts of data.&#10;While I’ve seen other ATS platforms with fancier dashboards, they don’t offer the same level of flexibility. Their export features are also more limited, which makes data analysis harder. In comparison, Porters gives us the tools we need to work more efficiently and make better decisions.
