Reviews of PayPal

PayPal, intuitive and fast payments and invoicing
Comments: Overall PayPal makes invoicing clients and receiving payments from anywhere in the world fast and effortless.
Pros:
Ease of use and speedy Transaction, it's intuitive even for new users.
Cons:
The service costs are really high and their fraud department could use some customer service training
Sounding review
Pros:
PayPal accepts and easy to use credit or debt cards to pay for goods on on-line stores.
Cons:
Its very easy to lose funds on PayPal, long holding time.
Payroll issue
Comments: I think I feel a little uneasy using it for my personal accounts since the incident above.
Pros:
Most people use it and have it. Along with a lot of online small business for payment methods.
Cons:
I am hesitant to use it sometimes especially since I had a hack related to our work website product store. Someone added in their paypal email instead of ours on the back end. They ended up with over 70,000 dollars of sales because it was black friday. When we reached out to paypal they suggested we go through our insurer as there was nothing they could do to help us. It became a very tedious and long process.
Alternatives Considered:
3 out of 5 stars overall
Comments: I started using square more and PayPal put a freeze on my business account asking for my taxes and other paper work which I have already provided once before and it was a pain. It is back up and running but just was a hindrance I was not prepared for.
Pros:
Being able to use the virtual terminal to take credit card payments, links you can send in text messages to receive payments, QR scanning to ring up items as well as take a payment.
Cons:
The captcha glitch is the worst, next is the lack of quality customer service, trying to accomplish adding money to your balance and 90% of the time there is an error. Business App should have more options to take payment.
Alternatives Considered:
