Unlike others it has a wide range of pre-defined segmentations that are dynamic and meet most of our business requirements. Setting up campaigns takes less than an hour and it's completely automated.

> **Cons**: I just hope that we can see more channels of personalization very soon. I know they are new and it will happen with time but I still feel that they need to add more channels asap.
