> **Pros**: So far so good. the tool itself is complex with alot of 'rabbit holes' that you can get lost in, which leads to a learning curve and a time commitment I wasn't expecting but the feature sets are robust.

> **Cons**: Complexity. There is a dual layer navigation menu and the pricing is a bit confusing, you have alot of add ons. For example you can sync reviews in the Feed plan but there is an entirely different Review section in another plan that is additive and more robust for syndication and followup so while the two are related that are billed and function separately, not ideal.

> **Cons**: One area for improvement would be the handling of historical tracking data when reactivating an account. Before automatically importing previously stored tracking numbers, AfterShip could prompt users for confirmation. This would help prevent unintended quota consumption and billing situations like the one we experienced.

The platform meets our tracking and notification needs well, and the support team was willing to work with us when an unexpected issue arose. Adding a confirmation step before importing historical tracking data would further improve the user experience and help avoid similar situations in the future.
