> **Pros**: The CONCEPT of Audiende Republic is fantastic.  The fantasy that my contacts and activity can funnel into one place is what drove me to use their services.

> **Cons**: Where to start..... I called it a fantasy because the product did not work from day one.  I was funneling clients from Acuity Scheduling, Eventbrite and my mailing list sign-up into Audiende Republic.  I needed to use Zapier to automate the transfer of information.  I have used Zapier many times and never had a problem. Audience View kept triggering an error.  I called support and they were unable to rectify the error.  Every time someone created an appointment or signed up for my email list, it would send me an error message. Every single day I was forced to sort through dozens of error messages to re-run the zap and force it to create move the contact to Audience Republic.  Finally, Zapier turned off the integration because it had errored too many times.  This effectively rendered Audience Republic unusable.  My contacts no longer had a way to reach Audience Republic.  I've reached out to support -Nothing.  My sales rep quit and I was not assigned a new rep.  The \[sensitive content hidden\] of the company reached out, set up and appointment and then no-showd the appointment.  Here is the kicker - they continue to charge my card $154 every month per their contract.  I have had to sign up for Constant Contact because I need an email marketing platform.  I'm now paying for two platforms - one of which is just trash.  They won't help me.  They won't respond and they won't stop charging me.
