I truly wanted Sixbit to work. My hope has always been that the issues I experienced during my previous subscription(s) would have been resolved. Prior issues have not been remedied and more exist now that years ago. No customer service or tech support phone number or chat. The company clearly wants you to solve your own problems using their FAQ and knowledge base. If you open a ticket, you will receive a response, however, the response is not always timely and may include a list of "try this" options to solve the issue yourself. If you insist on a call from tech support, you're in for a very long (hours) call and that may not result in resolution of your problem. You may end up waiting for another callback while dead in the water from a productivity standpoint. Again, I wanted Sixbit to be the service I could depend on, it just never evolved to that point. It holds records from other software, at least for us, dating back to 2014. In addition to saving the records we are able to get an analysis of the sales. While eBay only holds 90 days of information, Sixbit allows us to keep better tabs on sales and inventory. It is also very helpful to have multiple users, as the administrator I can keep track of who is listing which item which is very helpful when it comes time to credit employees for their sales. > > **Cons**: The only con of this software is its intricate coding and use of SQL. (that I dont like ) I only used it to list items on my ebay and it was fine for that , it is based on SKU , if you have my items without SKU it will assign its own numbers , the problem is if your items have same title , it will assign same SKU to all of them even if they have different Ebay ID , Pic, Price ....
