Two weeks later they deactivated it so it doesn’t work and want $25 a month to keep it active. Absolute garbage company - they make no indication of a subscription when you initially engage. > > Terrible, deceitful business practices and no one should use this service when it’s free anywhere else ----- ### "Scam - Be ready to give your money away" — 1.0/5 > **Kyle** | *16 January 2025* | Religious Institutions | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: They provided me a working QR Code. That's about it. > > **Cons**: They said nothing about needing a plan, then charged me for a full year membership after I selected just the monthly plan. They would not provide a refund or change the plan length. > > Awful. They don't tell you that they will charge you until after they have you locked in and then they charge you more than you select. ----- ### "An easy way to enhance your customer experience" — 5.0/5 > **Cesar** | *29 March 2022* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The QR Code generation is pretty seamless, we're able to save a template and use it with different codes. It's quite a fair value for our money, we got a 12 month subscription and we're already loving the analytics, customization and reporting features of this service. > > **Cons**: Maybe I would like a better experience in mobile. An app could be ideal. > > We wanted a software that was able to create as many QR Codes as we wanted and also give accurate and real time reporting features. Our client needs to see the campaign in action and we can provide the data to support every decision made with these QR codes. ----- ### "its good" — 5.0/5 > **Arumugam** | *26 September 2022* | Accounting Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Its genuine software for generating the QR code > > **Cons**: It’s easy to generate and suitable for new beginners so we can recommend it. ----- ### "Zero Warning on Auto Renewal and No Refunds" — 2.0/5 > **Cameron** | *13 March 2020* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: It was easy to use and it worked fine, but the poor service outweighed this pro. > > **Cons**: After receiving zero warning about an automatic renewal approaching (which they automatically enroll you in when you sign up), I asked politely for a refund and let their support know I would no longer be using the service and did not intend to renew for another year. Then I received a reply with zero understanding, zero empathy, and zero compassion. They stated they sent a reply 30 days prior which they absolutely did not. As many of the others in this forum have stated, they lie about sending a notification and just charge you. I cannot recommend highly enough that you go with a different QR code service. They should really be ashamed of themselves. ----- Page: 1 / 5\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/177261/qr-code-generator-pro?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/177261/qr-code-generator-pro) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | ----- ## Structured Data
