What I like most is also what I like least. Unless you really know what you're doing and have significant experience with GA, it's not user-friendly and is very hard for a marketing novice to get up and running.

Comments: With Google Analytics 360 I can do a lot of things for my business. For example, I can check key metrics in built-in reports, I can monitor real-time data, I can compare data ranges and apply filters, save any reports to my dashboard so I can easily come back to them.
Pros:
I like that I never lose sight of my website and app performance.
Cons:
I don’t like that doesn’t exist an filter that have as a default 24 hours data.

We have not yet experienced anything not likeable in Google Analytics 360. All its features are working extremely perfect.

Comments: We continue to explore ways to use it and evolve our decision making and goals. This is truly remarkable in a business that tends to look at short range metrics and out put, we have had a whole new world opened up to us.
Pros:
Setting up the dashboards allowed us to experiment and learn what we needed to focus on. Once we built them and shared them with our team adoption was almost immediately. From the Lead in the kitchen to the lead on the front of the house floor everyone saw immediately what they needed to focus on. Fantastic!
Cons:
That waited so long to implement it. As a small business, any investment in tools like this is a burden but this one has paid for itself through data-driven insights and decision making.

Understanding Your Target Audience with Google Analytics 360
Comments: I have enjoyed getting used to using it, enjoying the helpfulness of the insights it offers into my business and what I hope to achieve.
Pros:
I love being able to understand what my audience wants and needs from the content I'm putting out. It is helpful to know what is working and what isn't. Ie, if someone is clicking off content rather quickly, I can understand it isn't working.
Cons:
For me personally, it was a bit technical to understand and get going.

Comments: Overall, I find the experience in general to be fluid once you understand the technical aspects of using it. It saves time that would have been spent in manual reporting. Also, it gives a birds-eye view of the marketing performance of the business.
Pros:
What I like about Google Analytics is the wide array of metrics used to track the performance of both Ad campaigns and SEO performance. Being able to more accurately follow customers' behavior permits better data-driven decision-making.
Cons:
I think at the start, it can be somewhat of a learning curve. It's not as simple or straightforward as some of the other software in the Google Business Suite. Maybe the user experience could be simplified a bit further. Their customer support is generally top-notch, but on certain occasions when they are short-staffed, the agents they put in contact with to solve the query were even less knowledgeable than me.

Comments: Good experience overall, however, I spent a lot of time learning the tool and I'd say I'm pretty advanced. Some people might be overwhelmed by the number of options the tool offers and Google is not super helpful with the support.
Pros:
I like the range of metrics and dimensions that Google Analytics covers. It is easy to implement on the website, however, you need development resources to do it. However, it's probably the best tool you can get to track web and app performance.

I'm not the biggest fan of the latest changes on the platform and how different is GA4 from UA. However, I appreciate that GA4 is more powerful than UA and also more accurate, so it's a change for good. However, the resources, courses and communication about changes could be better. Also, you can expect that the metrics are 100% accurate due to privacy restrictions.

Comments: If you need any data about your website Google Analytics 360 is the app that can offer. That are not much to say about it, it just offers all available data about the website.
Pros:
First of all, is easy to setup, connecting Analytics to my website was a piece of cake as I use WordPress with Google plugin. Reports are very complex and easy to get as Google made an easy to navigate. When connecting with Google Ads it can offer great insights about your campaigns.
Cons:
For the reports I need and get I did not encounter anything I can say I like less.

Comments: I have been using analytics for years. When I first found out what it was all about I fell in love. It's also free, so thats rad. It's extremely helpful and makes you look like a champion in front of others who have never heard of it. I have it integrated into my shopify accounts, my websites, and a few other random things I want to track data for. Its great.

The overall experience with Google Analytics is very good. However, the main drawback I found in the interface is that everything is quite complicated to find as a new user. For instance, you have to edit every single metric and create a specific report template to compare or learn more about that metric. But with time, it becomes much easier to use.

Comments: For me, Google Analytics is one of the best tool to track websites traffic. The fact that is free is a huge bonus and because is from Google gives some trust in the metrics it shows.

The most I liked the demographic data Google Analytics 360 offers. Because we have many sales online too following the metrics from any campaigs give me some good insights. Connecting the website was very easy and didnt need any help from tech guys. The interface is easy to use and getting/exporting reports is fast.

Other than it's powerful features have been useful to me especially on market feasibility study for our co founded business ( Bright LightEvents). Google Analytics gives us a platform to disect markets and customer events needs. We set up dahboards and shortcuts from where we can analyze audience behavior , new market trends, set up goals and track the performance of our campaigns from Google ads. Reporting is also made easy for us. Soo on overall it gives us an understanding of our audience across platforms with other Google entities for enhanced understanding
