> **Pros**: Very pleased with how attuned as benefited our business to date. Incorporating it into our hiring process ensures we have a deeper understanding of potential hires. Abnormalities in team dynamics are made clearer to management through the team view on the dashboard.  This has led to more transparent conversations between management and team members have which is significantly improving our retention and overall employee engagement
