It´s easy to use and we don´t demand data or views from BI department

people from other department is not familiar with how to use. Maybe a lot of videos and training sessions with gamification items would be usefull to learn

> In general, I like the solution and use cases that we developed there. But unfortunatelly, people from other departments should invest more time to start to use deeply. I feel that sometimes they have a big dependenvy with the IT department.
