NeedToMeet gives me a single place to plan with others in a common time which is amazing. Not to mention, the FREE version is an amazing service\!

> **Pros**: This software provides an AD FREE way to poll people to schedule a meeting.  It is a very simple two step scheduling interface and also provides integration to Outlook and Gmail.

> **Cons**: The Outlook integration/add-in was a little buggy to setup but I was able to get it working just fine.  Documentation is a little light.  It really only consists of a FAQ.  The software isn't too complicated so it doesn't take long to figure things out on your own with a few tests.

> Many people in my organization do not keep their Outlook calendar current.  My office also has the need to schedule meetings with people outside our organization and inside our organization.  This scheduling software provides that ability.  It is easy to create a 'poll' and send to all potential attendees.

I like this solution because it is priced right and does not have ads that really clutter up the experience.

> **Pros**: I needed to use Need to Meet for frequent foundation meeting appointments. When it worked, it was fine.
Who knew it was going to change the times that I offered on my meeting reminders to timeframes I never set.

> **Cons**: The platform changed the times I chose to one hour after I offered them. Considering my recipients are in different time zones all across the country, this created chaos and wrong info. When I asked for a refund on my last auto renew payment, the rep said I had to pay regardless of whether the services were rendered correctly or not. That is zero customer service. Shows you who they care about. Not the customer.

> The business model is: We want your money on auto renew whether or not we provide what you signed up for. TOUGH is their motto. How could they not recognize that taking money for failed services rendered is unethical. STAY AWAY.....
