I have repeatedly received promises of updates within 24 to 48 hours, but the promised follow-ups and supervisor callbacks have not occurred. Tailor Brands still has Full Access to my California Secretary of State entity record, while I have been unable to obtain access to manage my own company. > > My experience with Tailor Brands has been frustrating and disappointing. I initially paid $129.35 for the Essential LLC plan after a discount. I was also charged a separate $199 for registered-agent services, which I disputed immediately and never received back. The account also included a Finance Manager trial that would convert to a $30 monthly subscription. My current problem is even more serious. A Tailor Brands user has Full Access to my company’s California Secretary of State bizfile record. I requested access on August 25, 2026, and provided my name, account information, entity information, and proof that I had already submitted the access request. A Tailor Brands representative specifically told me that access would be granted after I supplied this information. Despite several calls and emails, repeated promises of updates within 24 to 48 hours, and a promised supervisor callback, I still do not have access to my own company record. My account hadnt been used in 2 years at that point, meaning this was the second time they knowingly charged an inactive account. Customer support was awful to deal with. This company only exists still because they siphon unwitting participants money, and modern AI will do anything they offer but with better customization. > > Could not ever in good conscience recommend them to anyone. They tell you they will answer in 24h, but it is just an automatic email and that is it. I asked them multiple times for dissolution of my LLC, many times sent an email to give me exact details of how it is done saying I would like to dissolve my buisness. They just see "I would like to dissolve my business" and just try to charge you immediately. On top of it all, I proceeded to pay for my LLC dissolution and of course I was charged for something else, not even notifying me about it. I called all three number, sent email and no response. For my email it hasn't been 24h, but the phone number don't even try. SCAM SCAM SCAM\!
