> **Pros**: It is easy to use.  It has good instructions for how to work with it.  It is designed for customers to add their information easily.

> **Cons**: They made a change to the email address that I use to connect to my campaigns.  I had to set up an account with Google Suites and pay for a new address connected to my website.  It hasn't worked yet, some issue with Google.  I do understand why they made the change but it has been difficult for me.
