> **Pros**: We use the deFacto planning alongside the ERP system. The system is useful to create reports. The system is flexible and has the excel built in features that works. The system integrates with the ERP system well.
> 
> **Cons**: The system is not that easy to use until you have used for sometime and grown your competence. It is not easy to train out and we have had to manually create training guides for personnel.
