When they first started, there were very few competitors and I know they had trouble figuring out their positioning, pricing and service offerings. They have come a long way since then. Heres a few things that I love about RightMessage. - They are very transparent about the direction of their roadmap, financials etc. Its hard to find companies that are willing to share that level of info with their users. - They are genuinely interested in feedback. They are very active in their Facebook group and other channels helping users. - There are some expensive options in the personalization market, but they offer a better product at a price that allows small businesses to enter into the game. - Very well designed UI and easy to use. - Game changer. They were one of the first, if not the first company I saw that offered the ability to ask questions in popup forms to better understand and segment your audience. > > **Cons**: I would love to see more integrations.
