> **Pros**: This plugin has been very useful to us in terms of recruitment. Whenever we review any CVs or any candidate's profile, we use Octavia to streamline the required information so that it gives us the exact information through predictive modeling in our recruitment process. It is one of the very useful CRMs.

> **Cons**: There is not much con for Octavia and I have not encountered any in the free version till now.
