OPTISIGNS for the WIN!
Comments: Optisigns has been a pleasure to work with and a company we will continue to do business with. The seamless performance and ability to not only use our own content, but to use their custom and animated templates as well has made our ability to deliver messages to our employees a breeze. We have had sharp and fun looking presentations available that are eye catching and deliver exactly what we are attempting to say to our staff! BRAVO!
Pros:
I love the ease of use, the templates, and how many options are available with Optisigns! There are so many choices and the navigation and ability to upload your own slides with ease makes employee announcements a breeze!
Cons:
Integration with Canva would be a nice feature.
Alternatives Considered: Google Workspace and Envoy
Reasons for Switching to OptiSigns: Optisigns had the most options, ability to customize, support, and user friendly features of the others that we considered. In addition when we did the math, the cost was something that made sense for what we were going to be delivering vs the high quality content that we wanted!
Great Service, Amazing Product
Comments: OptiSigns was very helpful from the beginning stages when we were looking for another provider. During our transition, the communication and set up was very prompt and effective even when we ran into some issues. Though we are still experiencing some minor issues, OptiSign's support team has been phenomenal in helping us create a more seamless and effective process for our digital menus.
Pros:
I love the flexibility OptiSigns has for our digital menu boards. Being able to display gifs or mp4 assets along with integrations with our POS system. Their support team is also very accommodating, easy to get in contact with and an extreme help as we transitioned to them.
Cons:
When moving forward with the pro player, I wasn't advised that a keyboard was needed in the installation process. I would love for a more versatile integrations with our POS system especially when items are 86'd to could reflect onto our menu boards as well. Otherwise, there's not many cons when it comes to OptiSigns.
Alternatives Considered: Wallboard Display
Reasons for Choosing OptiSigns: Signagelive didn't provide the necessary software to grow our digital marketing and signage platforms. It wasn't seamless and it was much of a havoc to upload, control and edit on the fly, especially if you didn't have your laptop handy.
Switched From: Signagelive
Reasons for Switching to OptiSigns: OptiSigns integrates with our POS, it's very user friendly and the app hold a nice touch for instant troubleshooting.
Great Software. Company needs work.
Comments: Overall I was extremely pleased with the product and had no intention of changing until the back end of the company reared its ugly head. Watch your statements.
Pros:
The digital signage function and all technical functions of the app work as intended and are at the same level as most free robust digital signage applications.
Cons:
The company appears to have issues running invoices. The company ran without invoicing customers for 9 months. They then ran all those invoices immediately, attempting to charge customers for their mistake. Unfortunately I did not feel they would be good steward of my funds, and my company chose a more button up business to work with. I would avoid them until they are able to get these glaring billing and payment processing issues solved.

Comments: Tremendous! It has been a great experience from start through onboarding. The team is always ready to answer your questions and provide tips & tricks on how to best accomplish your outcome.
Pros:
Optisign was hands down the best option out there. Even as a new potential customer who was testing the service, they were responsive and helpful. They provided an extended trial period so that our team could all evaluate and test the system. Finally - we were very excited to be able to remotely turn our tv's on and off. Little things like that make a difference in equipment wear/tear.
Cons:
In the beginning it can be a little daunting to figure out how things work. But it really is overall quite intuitive once you find the flow of items.
Alternatives Considered: Spectrio and Yodeck
Reasons for Switching to OptiSigns: The pricing of the plans and hardware was first and foremost. The customer service was second. Third the ability of the company to allow us to have more full access time to test & evaluate. The others are simply not as user friendly and are more costly.

Comments:
I used the Optisigns service in the company I work for, initially as a test system to then eventually recommend it to our customers.
From the first use, I found it to be an extremely powerful and easy to use system, competitors such as Samsung VXT or Magic Info, can be hidden when compared to Optisigns.
The completeness of functions and the wide customization, make it by far preferable to all other digital signage systems.
A special mention goes to the technical support, very quick to respond and generous with information.
Pros:
Easy of use, very user friendly interface, higly customizable, simple displays management, and finally, a super customer service
Cons:
Maybe the templates page, but no, there are so many to choose from

Reasons for Switching to OptiSigns: Very difficult to set up, not very intuitive interface, not really user friendly, like Optisigns is instead
