Some features of the software are cumbersome to use, not always user friendly, sometimes multiple ways to get to the same feature, which can make the process confusing. Cannot mass update the call to action text for a particular violation category across all associations. The system seems to have down time a day or so every few months which can prevent us from getting our work done for an entire day or more. doesn't always sync properly to our VMS system.
