Mit iCombine ist es nun super einfach, passende sowie verfügbare und sogar interessierten Kollegen für anstehende Projektrollen zu identifizieren. In der Software können wir komplette Teams zusammenstellen und analysieren, wie wir unsere Belegschaft weiterentwickeln können.

> **Cons**: Die Integration in unser HR-Tool gab es nicht standardmäßig, wurde aber nach der kostenlosen Testphase von iCombine realisiert. Somit können wir nun problemlos Daten zwischen den Tools austauschen.
