> **Pros**: We love that we can offer PCI coverage to our clients at cost. The customer support rep assigned to us as well as the customer support that you call, it top notch and very helpful\! It is easy for us to help our clients through the PCI Certification process.
> 
> **Cons**: A company that has multiple locations has to "print" 2 different certificates. One with the certification date, saq type, main mid, etc. The other has a matching certificate number but simply shows the secondary MID's.  When helping our clients upload to their processor's portal, we have found that we have to separtly combine those PDF's into one document before we can do so.

> **Pros**: Nothing is good about this company. Control scan is not the company to work with if you are a small business owner.
> 
> **Cons**: Control scan is not a friendly or helpful company. Their company is supposed to help end users become and stay pci compliant. They did nothing of the sort and ended up costing us hundreds because they couldn’t even call or let us know we needed to perform a simple computer scan. And then they denied any wrong doing. F-.

> **Pros**: This software helps our medical office stay in compliance with the demands of our credit card processors. The best thing about it is that it sends you reminds of when to a schedule a scan. You can also scehdule a scan to happn in advanced so you always stay on top of it. Also if it sees any holes it will give you a list of what to work on.

> **Cons**: I have been using this software for a few quarters now and have 0 cons so far.

> **Pros**: This software scanned our network for flaws in our security and av protection to protect our internal web based credit card network. Pointed out areas where we had open ports and default passwords to allow us to securely tighten down our credit card processing

> **Cons**: Some of the errors found on our network were false positives that required "playful" work around to achieve the end passing result but nothing major
