Comments: Perfect, keep up the good work!

Pros:

Robust features, great AI model and generally that my revenues are skyrocketing.

Cons:

Some functions that I would expect are missing, however in general a great product.

A must use tool in Vacation Rental Industry

I believe the price is still too high when you have more than one listing.

Too many bugs. Pricing callibration is off. When bringing to their attention support is non existent

Comments: We have over 50 units on wheelhouse's premium/monthly plan. Every new hotel we launch, we put it on wheelhouse. And with every new hotel, we notice that nearly identical units in the same location are priced differently. We identify the issue and bring it up to their support. In the past, they've been fast to identify the bug/issue and resolve it. It's been a week+ now and they still haven't resolved the last issue brought up about amenities weighing incorrectly on one unit vs the next (same unit, same amenities). The last issue we found a week or two ago, we had to escalate through our PMS to get to their products team to resolve. So essentially, if there is a bug and an issue on their side, it's now nearly impossible to get it escalated, looked at, and resolved.

It's more what you "liked" rather than "like". The pricing engine was more

Cons:

Too many bugs. Anytime we add new units, identical units are being mispriced due to some bug on their side that they need to fix. Support was great before, and they would fix it within a few hours. Now, everything is referred to as the "team," and after waiting several days to weeks, the issue persists—clearly the case of outsourcing support. They are now adding features specifically for one PMS (Guesty) instead of making them available to all customers (such as occupancy pacing across multi units). All in all, I'm pretty disappointed that we have to start looking at our pricing options.

Make more money!

Comments: Getting set up was a little bit confusing and I had to so for help several times. However their customer service and quickness to answer is unparalleled!

Pros:

I like that they know what’s going on in the area and adjust my prices accordingly.

Cons:

I don’t like how much it costs. I’m worried the benefits might not justify the cost.

Super product in combination with Otamiser Booster

Comments: Super good experience! I've had other RMS before, and wheelhouse is for me the best!

Pros:

I used it together with the Otamiser Booster, actually they selected this software for me to implement and I can only say it works really good in combination with the Otamiser Booster.

Cons:

Sometimes I don't really understand what they do.

Automate pricing & increase your property rentals revenues by at least 20%

Comments: All in, it's a very good piece of big data software which will immediately translate into increased revenues & less hassle.
To me it's a must : when in the market for property management platforms, i would only look at those that would enable a connection with Wheelhouse

Pros:

The pricing algorithm does a great job and is very accurate: as an example, not only was it able to precisely forecast the peak in demand generated by Fashion Week in this particular street in Paris where my property is located, but also to calculate by how much i should increase nightly prices to make the most of it. I was really amazed... since that i have 100% trust in the pricing algorithm. It's also very good at getting a majority of bookings in advance at relatively high prices, but flexible enough to adjust for last minute single nights availability (unique feature vs. competition i believe).

Cons:

Recent improvements in the UI were welcome. Integrations with other platforms are growing. Next item to improve is to be more mobile-friendly (either thru a dedicated app, or an adaptative html design of the existing website)

Pros:

Having the ability to use data driven or a hybrid of user pricing strategy is key. The options to customize based on the market and what you know about certain trends in your area helps. The hypothetical scenario for new listings is helpful when speaking with prospective clients. Customer service is excellent. If I have an issue, there is someone available on chat that can work through your challenge in real time and solve it for you. It's amazing.

Cons:

There could be better trends for a property's performance v. the market (and the listings that are the competition). I believe PriceLabs has a better feature for this use.

Best in Class

Comments: Great team. Always helpful and they always make updates that move the industry forward.

Pros:

I’ve used wheelhouse for several years over multiple companies and it’s by far the best pricing tool available.

Cons:

Can be cumbersome to make adjustments. Not user friendly at the beginning.

There are so many excellent features but ease of use is challenging.

Best Vacation Pricing Software

Comments: Exceptional. They have exceeded my every expectation.

Pros:

Honestly Wheelhouse gives me such peace of mind. I know I am getting the BEST pricing and I don't have to worry about a thing. I cannot imagine checking the market several times a day and guessing the best pricing. I just love it. It's super easy to navigate and the few times I have had questions, they are always there with immediate answers and support.

Cons:

Nothing. I truly love this produce and cannot run my vacation rental without it.

Very poor results

Comments: Very poor choice, others are much better.

Pros:

Not worth trying. Not even the flat rate make it cheap, I left a lot of money on the table because of this software. There’re better options in the market.

Comments: It's been amazing, thanks to it I can put a minimum and max price and they work with that according to how the market it's behaving. I know that I'll get a fair and great price for my property and that it's constantly being updated with the best price of the market, making my listings competitive and attractive.

Pros:

This software will make your life easier, updating the price of your properties every few hours a day and also the best part it's that the data it's amazing, you'll know how the market is working according to the price they recommend.

Cons:

It would be a great option for the future to have a flat rate instead of the % of the reservation, and would love to have more features and new improvements.

Great product to help you get the best prices for Airbnb

Comments: I use it as a pretty good guide, it certainly more than covers its cost (which is pretty small). Occasionally - in lower periods, (or when i cant quite hold my nerve) feel they keep prices high too long - and find it quite simple to just override.

Pros:

It’s pretty simple to understand and use - i prefer to work through the calendar view. Has very simple , intuitive approach to varying prices - which makes for understanding.

Cons:

It doesn’t link with Booking dot com yet - or only indirectly - which would be the most useful addition for us.

Easy pricing option to stay competitive and booked!

Comments: Wheelhouse has given us the opportunity to easily stay competitively priced and consistently booked. The ability to set guidelines that work best for our listing helps us still have control over our pricing, but also using the knowledge of the software makes sure we're priced correctly. The customer service is outstanding! They are continually updating and adding new features to be cutting edge.

Pros:

The easy use of this software is great! The ability to set guidelines that are best for my listing, combined with their pricing algorithms, gives me an edge up on being competitively priced.

Cons:

The software is being updated regularly and may not yet have all the features of similar products.

Comments: Outstanding looking forward to the future. Makes my life much easier. I can let my prices work and monitor them so I can focus on other tasks. Wheelhouse is clean and easy to use. I love how smooth it is. Everyone is friendly and quick to help. I tried several dynamic pricing tools before I decided that Wheelhouse is the way to go for my business. I own and manage 24 very busy overnight cabin rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. I look forward to growing much faster with the help of Wheelhouse.

Pros:

Very easy to use and understand...I can update easily from my mobile phone if needed as well...it took me no time to feel confident in allowing Wheelhouse to work for me and my business...staff was friendly and very helpful

Cons:

I'd love a tape chart within an app. I'm not complaining at all because it is great as is. I look forward to how the company evolves in further optimizing a dynamic pricing tool for its customers. I have felt at easy ever since I signed up. Haven't for one second doubted my decision and I am looking forward to the future.

Comments: I loved using Wheelhouse. The only reason I am no longer utilizing the service is because I'm going to begin using an online booking system (Lodgify) and Wheelhouse is not an available partner.

Pros:

I love love love love the interface. It's thoughtful, intuitive and just overall great design. The logo and branding are all spot on and I enjoy the way everything is laid out. The experience overall is 10/10.

Cons:

The non dismissible syncing overlay could use an overhaul. With 4 listings and more on the way, I found it reallllly slow to update everything across all of them. I think utilizing a method to allow the user to update other pieces of the site while the updating is going on in the background would be a much better experience.

Wheelhouse helps me make more money. They are reliable and have great customer support.

Comments: The software helps me to earn more money with short-term rental rooms. It helps me to figure out the highest realistic price that the market will bear.

Pros:

The interface is reasonably intuitive. All the features that I need exist. The site is very dependable. Anytime I've had questions, the friendly and knowledgeable support staff has given me quick answers. I love that they give me information about what specific events are happening in my area which may affect pricing.

Cons:

There are not very many cons. I suppose it would be nice to be able to switch between rental rooms using a drop-down, rather than having to go back to the dashboard each time. Airbnb uses a drop-down. The wheelhouse method requires an extra page load.

Great Dynamic pricing software

Comments: Iv'e had a great experience using this software and i would recommend it to all short term property managers.

Pros:

All its features especially the new Dynamic minimum stays, and quick support.

Cons:

Did not find the cons so far maybe it takes some time for changes to save.

Huge Plus for My Airbnb

Pros:

I am very grateful to not have to invest time in sorting out pricing for my Airbnb. I am able to set my preferences and Wheelhouse takes care of the rest. I'm frankly shocked at my high percentage of occupancy and how much my unit brings. I'm definitely making more money for considerably less work than I was before Wheelhouse.

Cons:

I haven't quite gotten the hang of the layout for a single property and seem to often have trouble finding the button to sync and update pricing.

Wheelhouse has earned me more money for my Airbnb listings.

Pros:

I don't have to be an expert in pricing or timing of events. Wheelhouse identifies those opportunities and I benefit from peak usage times.

Cons:

This is a small thing, but navigating from listing to listing could be more streamlined. I tend to look at the same things. It would be helpful to be able to go directly to a page and select the listing rather than having to go from listing to listing and then select the page I'm interested in.

We use this to *mostly* automate our pricing.

Pros:

We get a great starting point to set our prices at. The data insights it gives into the performance of our properties is helpful. The features of being able to tweak the numbers here and there is very helpful. There are a pretty wide variety of features.

Cons:

The algorithm isn't perfect, so we have had to make adjustments pretty regularly as we go in order to optimize occupancy and ADR to produce the highest income.

Very useful software

Pros:

I like all the features this software have, they always become useful to maximize profit.

Cons:

I did not find weak points. I suggested some changes, and they replied to me they were working on it. Which was true, because months later they added the feature I had suggested.
