> **Pros**: no traditional telephone plants, with vozy you only need a computer with internet access, a complete system in the cloud, which allows having a virtual pbx, having several simultaneous calls, waiting message, call screening, all the services and features of a robust high-cost telephone plant, with vozy, you only need access to the internet.

> **Cons**: You must have a stable internet connection and preferably UTP connection, because if it is Wi-Fi or lower speeds, incoming and outgoing calls are not clear and intermittent.
