The interface is intuitive, the setup process is quick, and creating a professional-looking website is straightforward. I particularly liked the well-designed templates, the drag-and-drop editor, and the ability to manage my website without technical expertise. For freelancers and small businesses, it provides a simple and efficient way to establish an online presence. > > **Cons**: The biggest drawback, in my experience, was the pricing policy. During my time as a customer (2016–2026), the subscription price for the same 24-month package increased from €194 in 2020 to €312 in 2024 and to €341 in 2026. I raised written concerns about the significant price increase in 2024 and asked for a more affordable alternative, but no suitable solution was offered. After the automatic contract renewal in 2026, I again tried to resolve the issue through detailed correspondence and a settlement proposal. Unfortunately, I felt that my concerns as a long-term customer were not adequately addressed. Although the platform itself is easy to use, the significant price increases and the overall customer experience reduced the value of the service for me. Their menus are easy to learn and get started. You can start a site for free, to see how it goes. There is a great selection of templates to look unique, as well as plenty of opportunities to tune the look with editing and customizing colors, text ,and layouts. Picture uploads got a lot easier, with the ability to edit them. To access/edit your site, simply type your site with /login as a suffix from any browser and you're in. I wanted to change my website name, and the change was flawless. Annual costs are reasonable compared to other services. I had been a GoDaddy user for a couple of years before, and hated their hidden high costs and cumbersome editor. > > **Cons**: Template sites do limit how a site will look, but I'm not a coder, so the templates suit my site well as a small business.
