> **Pros**: I love that we offer Content Manager as a subscription to government agencies in the State of Oregon in partnership with the Archives division of the Secretary of State. It is a very cost effective way for state agencies to retain their document as they are required to by law and it provides a secure and functional place to house these important documents in an organized secure setting.

> **Cons**: It is a little hard to get the hang of at first especially if you are not familiar with the terminology that goes with the software. I hard a hard time the first week or so understanding the terms that are used.
> 
> Once I was familiar with the terminology it was much easier. Now I find it to be a super helpful tool in my toolbox for work and I love that I can locate documents in a very quick few steps and also retrieve document counts and information about the records with very little effort on my part. I recomend this software for any agency that deals with records requests from internal or external agencies.
