The system interface populates the necessary fields on the bankruptcy petition, which makes it easier and less time consuming to complete a bankruptcy petition. All of my interactions with NextChapter and its associates has been positive\! We have had several instances where we had a question or issue arise that needed more than the platform Q\&A. Every time, the agent exemplified a level of customer service that is rare. Expanding the CSV import/export functionality to include more detailed case information fields would be extremely beneficial.
