> **Pros**: Charityproud allows us to easily track data on donors, volunteers, grants, events, and clients.  I appreciate the home ownership application module that allows applicants to upload all the necessary information and documents for review and action by staff.

> **Cons**: There are so many reports available that it's sometimes hard to find the one that best meets our needs.  I suspect if I spent a little more time with the online training modules, I'd be able to navigate this more easily.
> 
> The staff are great to work with.  They provided guidance and support to help us transfer data from our old donor management system to Charityproud and are super responsive whenever we reach out.

> **Pros**: The customer/client support is the best of any donor management software. We speak to a real person when we need help with a report or simply trying to achieve whatever the desired result is.  The onboarding training and support is comprehensive and there is tons of ongoing trainings as well so you are getting the most our of your system.

> **Cons**: The aesthetics of the public facing donor pages could use work. I wish we had a little more design control over what the donor pages looks like.
> 
> Overall, we love the platform. It is affordable and meets all thed needs of a small but growing non-profit. We love the reporting features the best.

> **Pros**: I love how simple Charityproud makes it to create events and campaigns as well as track donations. Once you learn how to set these things up, collecting donations is very seamless.

> **Cons**: What I like least about Charityproud is the emailing functionality. I wish there was more customization possible when sending out emails. We would like to create monthly newsletters to send out to our constituents, but Charityproud's email system doesn't allow us to design a newsletter how we would like it to. Charityproud's email functionality options are rather plain.

> My overall experience with Charityproud has been very good. Sometimes questions come up when I'm building an event but I can typically find the answer in the support center. The support center is very helpful. I also find the access to your account manager when something arises to be very helpful as well.
