> **Pros**: The Qixol promo software is easy to use and has a mass variety of offers that it supports. It soon became an essential puzzle piece within our technical structure aiding data processing. Their support is also very efficient and nothing is too much for them to help with.

Great Support Team.
Massive amount of configurable promo types.

> **Cons**: They are on a 12hr time difference to us so there is a slight lag in support responses. But this is a minor issue.

> Great experience getting this up and running with our new B2B system. Not one bug or problem we had to deal with. Does exactly what it states and allows us to manage and configure our promos with ease.
