> **Pros**: It was a peer to peer program I didn't have to find a booklet and/or look for a place where I didn't understand whom I was speaking to.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it was time comsuming, I had to wait for a rep to get back to me. I didn't like that there was a lag on some of the papers I would send reps to make for me.

> I loved mConsent once we had everything figured our in our office and now we have all going well I hope we continue to have many years to come.

> **Pros**: We are grateful for the integration with Eaglesoft and the ease of getting new patient packet/forms prior to there appointment. MConsent has also allowed us to go paperless with our consent forms.

> **Cons**: The forms not uploading to the patient chart/Smart Docs, although the process to upload and approve are easy, it seems that if a patient is identified to a matching chart the forms should automatically upload to Eaglesoft. All except the Medical history of coarse it is understandable that this write back needs approval.

> Overall the experience is easy creating your own forms and editing. Also support is quick to assist if help is needed.

> **Pros**: the interface is really nice and user-friendly. They have tutorials for everything within the software, which makes it very easy to train the team, and implement changes if necessary. Form submission process and sync was pretty smooth.

> **Cons**: The customer support team was very helpful, however, we have run into a number of issues with the forms that were impossible to fix because of the way the software was developed. They have implemented double authentication features that did not work properly for our patients and refused to disable them or fix them for us. Additionally, a lot of the fields in the forms are not editable which is frustrating for us and our patients. It became especially difficult when patients had to fill out multiple forms and had to reenter personal info, address, marital status, etc. multiple times.

> **Cons**: Having to utilize another portal to send and transfer our electronic forms was not 
Copy and pasting a link to another portal and then transferring it into our software was tedious and had errors with the forms often enough to make us go shopping for another electronic forms software to integrate in with what we already had.

> It was helpful and got us to the next step of being HIPAA compliant with our electronic forms but they needed to change some things to keep us with them.

> **Cons**: If we could respond to the patient once paperwork is complete if we are needing additional information. Also the ability for patient to attach medication list to the paperwork.
