> **Pros**: Built-in business-process and document forms designers enabling us to set, change, customize the document workflow on the fly. Access 24/7 from any place and any device is a great advantage. This BPM system is all what is needed for dynamic business.

> **Cons**: It would be nice to have built-in chat. Sometime we need to discuss changes in documents on the fly. As far as I know, this feature would be included in the next release.
