This software keeps track of each account and all the items I have listed on eBay and Amazon and Craig's List for ALL of them. When it comes time to pay my clients, I put my blank bank check into the printer and out it comes. I send some payments via PayPal if that's what they prefer. I can't say enough positive things about CrossPostIt. I used a plain old spreadsheet before but had to go into individual ones to keep track of sales. This software works seamlessly and even adds shipping info and tracking info. I can donate or return client items. I would be lost without it. As I sell items, I go into that clients account and fill in an adjustment or whatever and then whenever I need to see where things are with an account I have all the info at my fingertips. Simply the best for cross posting the same listing/item. And it has lots of flexibility on how you do your biz. Customize how much you take and your fees. Do I recommend it? YES, YES, YES\! > > **Cons**: Nothing I can think of off the top of my head, perhaps bulk editing for retiring multiple items for the same client. I have over 100 clients and I can tap into any of their accounts quickly. I print checks when their amounts reach a certain level. And it's an ongoing process, so I can update daily and see notes and progress whenever I want with this web-based software. While it's easy to use and does a pretty good job of tracking inventory, it is a bit antiquated. The UI is dated, there seems to be little investment in improving the product, site does not keep up with eBay changes. For example, years ago eBay implemented shipping and payment profiles that must be used in every listing. several years later, it still has not been implemented. They also used to synchronize with Craigslist, but that all of a sudden stopped working and while they show you can do it on a listing, it then stops you saying it can't - very annoying. This feature has seriously not worked for 4+ years. Finally, the Amazon interface rarely works and pages blank out. I used to like this software better when you paid per listing, but now the $24.99 per month seems a little much for an interface that sort of works and there's little to no support. For a tech company they just are really in the dark ages vs the data age. They really should reinvest in the product and hire people who could bring new vision to the product as there is an audience out there. > > **Cons**: Antiquated technology that doesn't always work, no way to get a hold of a live support person on the phone, monthly fee is not comensurate for the product. > > Overall ok.
