> **Pros**: I don't need a SIM card and could do everything from my own phone

> **Cons**: On small letters it says that the service doesn't send SMS messages in USA only receive one.&#10;I needed both

> The solution doesn't answer my need. The support team didn't fully refund after I installed the system and used it for 1 hour to understand if it works me.&#10;&#10;I find it very upsetting that the instructions of use were not clear enough for me in the begging and where they finance team decide to charge me for half a year use instead of one month or even completely refund me for not using the system.

> **Pros**: After a long process, it worked and I could do good voice calls from my cellular with their terrible app.

> **Cons**: I hate when companies have an inconsistent price. They have price in dollars, but for one reason my account was in Euros but my prices where HIGHER than in Dollars - Why?&#10;Because Zadarma is Zadarma and those are their values.&#10;The prices are high, we wanted to try it but it quite expensive.&#10;Terrible app on Android.&#10;Very hard to implement.&#10;Very hard to find the recordings - it's not intuitive.&#10;Problems on their website - I starter registering a phone number but it didn't do that.&#10;Even the person on the help center knew that they went too far when they started to steal my money, he didn't care to let me go and didn't offer to make things right.&#10;I talked about values - here it is.&#10;When a company doesn't have good values, this is what happens.

> **Pros**: Local numbers in different countries made a real difference in how clients perceive us. Inbound call volume increased because people are more comfortable dialing a familiar number. Routing those calls to a central team works smoothly, regardless of where staff are physically located. Outbound calls are reasonably priced, and call quality has been consistent even when staff work remotely or travel frequently.

> **Cons**: Understanding which destinations are included in bundled minutes versus billed separately takes attention. We had a few surprises early on before we learned to check call reports more carefully.

> **Cons**: – Extremely slow support — replies only every two days.&#10;– Ridiculous verification process, documents constantly rejected for no reason.&#10;– Unprofessional and unreliable, impossible to use for business.&#10;– Wasted over a week just to verify one phone number.&#10;– Overall incompetence and lack of responsibility.

> We’ve had a terrible experience with ZADARMA. Since August 21, 2025, we’ve been trying to verify just one phone number. We submitted all company data, an employee photo with passport and date, and every requested document.&#10;&#10;After a week, nothing happened. Our documents were rejected because the date “no longer matched”—but that’s only because support replies once every two days\! By the time they review, the date is outdated again.&#10;&#10;Slow, incompetent, and not reliable for business. Avoid ZADARMA.

Weise business hr vociemail to email and call recording adding new user is quick and does not required  extra set upit works fine for both office and remote staff.we contacted support during rthe firt setup they replied clearly and help us solve the issue with out long back and forth. After that we did not need much assitance.
