> **Pros**: We are still in the process of setting up Procipient to its full functionality, but it will allow us to automate our risk assessment scoring process.  We historically kept this data in spreadsheets, and had multiple points of entry for the same data. Procipient is automated in manner that creates efficiencies and improves data accuracy for use.
> 
> **Cons**: Procipient is highly customizable, which is a positive feature overall, but requires some time to be dedicated on the front end.  We have worked quite a bit with the vendor to get things set up in a manner that works best for us, and they have been extremely flexible and helpful in meeting our needs.
> 
> We have been pleased with the product and think it will be even more beneficial going forward as we set it up to its full functionality for us, and allow it to improve our risk assessment efficiency.
