Pros:

It allows users to have teleconferences, record meetings, and make audio communications with others inside and outside the company. Because it's a safe environment, the tool is used regularly. Sharing one's screen with other participants is a useful feature that facilitates collaboration and clear communication.

Cons:

Due to intermittent connection issues, logging in can be a challenge at times. There are occasions when the call quality decreases, which is frustrating for the consumers. The chat tool has fewer options and less intriguing video effects.

Pros:

GoTo Meeting allows us to have real time global team communication via high quality audio,video call and chat features.It is also super easy to use and extremely accessible,we use it everyday for meetings and the experience has been the best.

Cons:

I am pleased with GoTo Meetings features and I have not experienced any shortcomings.

Comments: I feel that GoTo Meeting is very easy to use. My favorite part about it is that it gives more of a professional and business feel. I feel that many people use other platforms for personal life as well as business. I feel that when we use GoTo Meeting, it indicates a professional setting.

Pros:

I like the professional display as well as the professional invitation link.

Cons:

I did not like the brand recognition by others. I feel that some others believe that zoom and GoTo are the same product when they are not.

GoTo is a great app for work instead of having a second phone.

Comments: I would say overall it gets the job done. It may not be as cheap as other options out there but i'd say it's a good tool for enterprise companies

Easy interface and pretty reliable, i dont often have any issues with meetings through GoTo meeting

I find that the mobile app isnt as good as the web interface which is disappointing as I am sometimes on the move and need to get into meetings.

Comments: GoTo Meeting has been so excellent in administering online meetings and we have benefited from this especially when we are working away from the office. In some areas where we are doing community work, GoTo Meeting helps us keep in touch with other teams. Also, we use it to meet with our sponsors as well as stakeholders that assist us on our work of delivering better water and sanitation access services to the public.

Pros:

GoTo Meeting has a simple interface designed for anyone of any skill level and therefore using it even for the first time was such a simple encounter for me. It allow audience to engage freely as the meeting progresses using the instant chatting function and this creates a very lively online meetings experience. I have never struggled with the quality of the visuals or the audio and i believe there is function that do away with the background noises.

Cons:

I would like GoTo Meeting to allow the audience to use the instant messaging function even before the meeting starts, as for now, that option is not available and the audience has to wait for the host to start the meeting before they can use the chatting function.

The easiest to use meeting software

Pros:

We use Go To Meeting at work up to 10 meetings daily, and we are extremely satisfied, it is easy for our clients to join meetings, we never have any trouble to join or being slow. The audio and video always are very clear and sharing our screen so the clients see their documents is always clear, simple and a meeting completed easily. Highly recommend

Cons:

Honestly theres is nothing until know that we didn't like about Go To Meeting. I would recommend to every employer that needs to have virtual meetings.

I like that GoToMeeting provides me with multiple options for content sharing during video calls , including screen sharing and file sharing. This platform has effectively reduced the need to use email or cloud services like Onedrive to share files with colleagues during live conversations. The process is straightforward – I just drag and drop the file into the chat, and it will be automatically uploaded to the recipient. Likewise, the screen sharing feature is exceptional, enabling seamless sharing of my entire screen or a specific window during remote work sessions.

Cons:

Goto meeting satisfactorily meets my day to day work communication needs. Its ability to adapt to the quality of my internet connection when used on mobile devices, has ensured that I am able to join or initiate meetings , practically from everywhere.

How easy it is to use. Go To Meeting is super user friendly and even folks who have never used it before can easily log into your meeting.

That it does not directly link up to Microsoft
