I don't like that when I'm booking a client before they leave my room I can't see what the rest of my day looks like so I can be efficient with my scheduling without going to that day on my calendar. I don't want to be a burden but the queue for help is not helpful categorically and I always end up saying its an emergency even though it isn't because my questions don't fit into the categories offered. I don't like that I have to choose the only provider I have each time.
