> **Pros**: Ecstatically pleasing, liked how the calendar looked. It was also easy to see clients on the waitlist.

> **Cons**: Booking clients for specific times was not start forward. I would basically have to close out a booking and then click to save changes in order to book someone, instead of clicking on a button that said confirm booking, or something like that. We would also run into a lot of trouble trying to book couples massages. Clients would not be booked at the same time when booking online, and it caused a lot of extra work on the schedulers part.

> Very pretty to look at but functional lacking in key aspects, creating extra work for front desk schedulers. Analytics were good and I enjoyed how it calculated percentages for payroll, so it took out an extra step.
